Summary

Problem Statement

It is important to detect bots and protect the domain not only when you’re accessing it for the first time but also when surfing. Thus, a product was needed that would detect bots within the customer's web pages and be less intrusive for end-users

Solution

Turnstile is a smart, invisible CAPTCHA alternative that can be used by anyone across the internet who wishes to replace CAPTCHAs, without sending traffic through Cloudflare. The project was worked on in three phases:

• The Turnstile Widget itself which will be visible to the end user
• Turnstile Configuration and Analytics for customers
• Turnstile Feedback forms to track customer feedback effectively

My contribution

I assisted in framing the stakeholder requirements during the Brainstorming workshop. I also conducted user interviews to understand the user's unmet needs. In addition to this, I contributed in the creation of the UCD Canvas and Information Architecture
In the design phase, I was involved in the design of low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
